In the 19th minute of the match 邱思榕 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 贺钢旭 skillfully saved the ball. In the 20th match minute, 上海徐汇飞马联队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 姜渊天 to maneuver through the defense. 肖亦棋 charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by 康斌阳 in the 84th minute of play forced 上海徐汇飞马联队's goalkeeper 贺钢旭 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 贺钢旭 came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by 湖南怀化热火俱乐部队's 康斌阳. But to his dismay, 康斌阳 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If 巩彬锋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
