When 程梁浩 fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 河南漯河森林狼队's protests and gave 程梁浩 a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to 河南漯河森林狼队 getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. 程梁浩 hit a great ball. 方适鹰 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, 邓笑建 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 湖南株洲变色龙队's supporters rose to their feet, but 邓笑建 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 柳荣骋 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, 河南漯河森林狼队's goal looked a bit too open when 邓笑建 came free, but 柳荣骋 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 方适鹰 might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 柳荣骋. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 方适鹰 ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th minute, 邓笑建 made a precise shot to the right of 柳荣骋. 河南漯河森林狼队's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 柳荣骋 came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by 湖南株洲变色龙队's 邓笑建. But to his dismay, 邓笑建 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 邓笑建 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. 柳荣骋 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 雷霖振 came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and 许林升 could save by the left post. In the 33rd minute, 韩振朋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 邓笑建 struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. 柳荣骋 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 湖南株洲变色龙队. A collision led to 河南漯河森林狼队 getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. 方康政 hit a great ball. If 邓笑建 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 乔志傲 to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes 河南漯河森林狼队 got a freekick which was hit by 许昂傲. 54 minutes into the match, 河南漯河森林狼队's goalkeeper 柳荣骋 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 邓笑建. After a rather tough play, 湖南株洲变色龙队's 卓挺桦 got a free kick in the 55th minute. 方适鹰 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th match minute, 湖南株洲变色龙队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 卓挺桦 to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by 乔志傲 in the 72nd minute of play forced 湖南株洲变色龙队's goalkeeper 许林升 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, 乔志傲 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. 许林升 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute, 邓笑建 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 柳荣骋 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 83rd minute, 方适鹰 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, 河南漯河森林狼队's goalkeeper 柳荣骋 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 邓笑建. If 方适鹰 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When 倪超 came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the 湖南株洲变色龙队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 倪超 couldn't finish the play. 柳荣骋 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 方适鹰, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
