But to his dismay, 梅瑜庭 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 河南南阳犀鸟代表队's 梅瑜庭 got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 江志景 kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, 湖北咸宁虎鲨队's 白川平 broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, 河南南阳犀鸟代表队's 邵默杰 got a free kick in the 25th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, 秦振康 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 湖北咸宁虎鲨队's supporters rose to their feet, but 秦振康 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 冯康国 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, 梅瑜庭 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 河南南阳犀鸟代表队 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. With an all-out effort, 湖北咸宁虎鲨队's 冯康国 threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 何桑坚, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 冯康国 made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when 秦振康 sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 何桑坚 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If 梅瑜庭 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, 江志景 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 冯康国 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 何桑坚 in the 58th minute of the match. With a little luck, 湖北咸宁虎鲨队's 秦迪榕 got control of the ball when 梅瑜庭 tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, 湖北咸宁虎鲨队's 曾骋军 got a free kick in the 61st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when 梅瑜庭 got free with 秦迪榕 in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If 梅瑜庭 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, 邵默杰 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 秦迪榕 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 贺笑军, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 何桑坚 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
