But to his dismay, 李星彬 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 宋崇泉 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. 彭骏枫 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 邱义松 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 何真锋 in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute 汪正斐 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 彭骏枫 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, 汪正斐 managed to get in a good position for a shot. moonsky's supporters rose to their feet, but 汪正斐 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 彭骏枫 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, 香港离岛区寻鼠队's 彭骏枫 got control of the ball when 宋崇泉 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 曾默银 during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th match minute, moonsky was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 曾默银 to maneuver through the defense. 邱义松 came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by 香港离岛区寻鼠队's 何真锋. But to his dismay, 何真锋 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half 香港离岛区寻鼠队 were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 汪正斐 was the one to do the kick off. 香港离岛区寻鼠队's 彭骏枫 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 宋崇泉 in the 63rd minute of play. 邱义松 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 李星彬 in the 81st minute of play. If 李星彬 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If 宋崇泉 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 香港离岛区寻鼠队 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
