After a defensive mix-up in 广州tiptop's zone, 袁南烽 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 曹康荣 came out of the goal and 袁南烽 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute 任迅瑜 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 曹康荣 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 曹康荣 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 任迅瑜 in the 25th minute of play. 康帆益 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, 广州tiptop's 李响银 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 汪诚俊 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, 天津北辰区食人马俱乐部队's 姜彬林 got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 广州tiptop's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 石霆亮 in the 46th minute. 广州tiptop's 邓棋桦 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but 汪诚俊 in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 任迅瑜 was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, 唐义泉 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 广州tiptop's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 天津北辰区食人马俱乐部队 the free kick. A collision led to 广州tiptop getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. 唐义泉 hit a great ball. After some careless play in the 广州tiptop defense, 袁南烽 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 曹康荣. The 广州tiptop fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 曹康荣 should have stopped the shot. After having played for 59 minutes, 袁南烽 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 天津北辰区食人马俱乐部队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 袁南烽 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 曹康荣 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 任迅瑜, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 广州tiptop's 曹康荣 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 袁南烽 in the 63rd minute of play. 袁南烽 struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. 曹康荣 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 天津北辰区食人马俱乐部队. In the 66th minute 李响银 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 汪诚俊 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 叶战崇 charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 叶战崇 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute, 叶战崇 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 康帆益 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. 汪诚俊 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 袁南烽 in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 曹康荣 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 康帆益 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 汪诚俊 having to interfere. If 李响银 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When 莫珂响 fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 天津北辰区食人马俱乐部队's protests and gave 莫珂响 a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes 天津北辰区食人马俱乐部队 got a freekick which was hit by 莫珂响. If 李响银 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 袁南烽 scored 2-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 曹康荣, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, 广州tiptop's 汪诚俊 threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 李响银, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 广州tiptop's 康帆益 got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 广州tiptop's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
