When 彭凌坚 fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 山西朔州勇者队's protests and gave 彭凌坚 a yellow card for diving instead. 彭凌坚 hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If 尤朋翀 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 石益振 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 尤朋翀's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. 曲悦永 struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. 石益振 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 香港油尖旺区兽人联队. 石益振 made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when 庞德朋 sent off a good shot on target. 尤朋翀 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. 石益振 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 尤朋翀 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 石益振 having to interfere. If 孙森轩 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 黄希海 hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

In the 51st match minute, 山西朔州勇者队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 沈扬泉 to maneuver through the defense. 庞德朋 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 56thth minute of the game 庞德朋 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 山西朔州勇者队's 石益振 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind 山西朔州勇者队's goalkeeper 石益振, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 庞德朋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 石益振 having to interfere. A collision led to 山西朔州勇者队 getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. 胡浩希 hit a great ball. In the 71st minute, 庞德朋 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, 黄希海 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 香港油尖旺区兽人联队's supporters rose to their feet, but 黄希海 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 石益振 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by 尤朋翀 in the 75th minute of play forced 山西朔州勇者队's goalkeeper 石益振 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, 黄希海 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
