Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 王朋俊 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. 乔桑文 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, 杨浩源 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 上海长宁太阳神俱乐部队's supporters rose to their feet, but 杨浩源 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 邵轩银 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 乔桑文 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 王朋俊 in the 17th minute of play. 刘树翀 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 王朋俊 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 乔桑文 having to interfere. 乔桑文 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 刘树翀's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When 郝默朋 fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 香港大埔区剑圣联队's protests and gave 郝默朋 a yellow card for diving instead. 郝默朋 hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes 香港大埔区剑圣联队 got a freekick which was hit by 刘树翀. When 杨浩源 came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the 上海长宁太阳神俱乐部队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 杨浩源 couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 尤钢升 during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 王朋俊 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 乔桑文 having to interfere. 王朋俊 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 杨浩源 to make the kick off. 秦鸿凡 kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. With his leg 乔桑文 managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when 香港大埔区剑圣联队's 王朋俊 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 80th minute, 石凌锋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 王朋俊 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 上海长宁太阳神俱乐部队's 杨浩源 got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If 龚烽旭 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 乔桑文 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 刘树翀 in the 94th minute of play. The 香港大埔区剑圣联队 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
