The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 朱广剑 during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 云南玉溪异军队 getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. 朱广剑 hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes 云南玉溪异军队 got a freekick which was hit by 沈光城. 25 minutes into the match, 云南玉溪异军队's goal looked a bit too open when 王镇霖 came free, but 严飞建 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 蒋庭洲 charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When 王镇霖 came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the 北京宣武区黑虎俱乐部队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 王镇霖 couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Although 云南玉溪异军队 had been in control for most of the match, 北京宣武区黑虎俱乐部队 still came away with the win.
