The audience thought a goal was coming when 吴政烽 got free with 蔡冰谦 in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, 四川攀枝花大鲨鱼联队's 姚辉彬 got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute of the match 龙庭骋 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 袁林诚 skillfully saved the ball. In the 43rd minute, 曹明永 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 蔡冰谦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 程烨烽 in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 吴鹏坚 was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, 卓西骋 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 贵州雨晨联队 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 吴鹏坚 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 袁林诚 having to make a save. 卓西骋 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of 袁林诚 when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 卓西骋 scored 1-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 袁林诚, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 卓西骋 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but 袁林诚 made a huge save. 吴政烽 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, 曾昂宁 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 贵州雨晨联队's supporters rose to their feet, but 曾昂宁 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 袁林诚 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing 贵州雨晨联队 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
