After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, 刘坤潮 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队's supporters rose to their feet, but 刘坤潮 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 吕扬义 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 庄远城 acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 22nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from 冯鹏轩. In the 23rd match minute, 四川自贡特工俱乐部队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 罗斌星 to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute 刘坤潮 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 吕扬义 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 庄远城 came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by 四川自贡特工俱乐部队's 傅平默. But to his dismay, 傅平默 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After recieving a nice pass, 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队's 楚风飞 tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 董辉骋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 吕扬义 having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After having played for 52 minutes, 董辉骋 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 董辉骋 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 姚海桑 struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. 吕扬义 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 董辉骋 in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 吕扬义 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队's zone, 傅平默 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 庄远城 came out of the goal and 傅平默 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 沈义源 in the 63rd minute of play forced 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队's goalkeeper 庄远城 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when 沈义源 came free, but 庄远城 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th match minute, 四川自贡特工俱乐部队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 郑竞康 to maneuver through the defense. 董辉骋 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After 73 played minutes, 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队's 楚风飞 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 吕扬义 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队 reached it. 吕扬义 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 董辉骋 in the 74th minute of play. 四川自贡特工俱乐部队's 傅平默 got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes, 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队's 梅斌明 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 吕扬义 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 吉林延边朝鲜族枫叶俱乐部队 reached it.
