In the 7th minute there was a penalty for 山东威海犀牛队. 韩泉夕 stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving 温国永. 0-1. 曹树云 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but 狄杰霆 made a huge save. 曹树云 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. 狄杰霆 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, 狄杰霆 successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 马响渊 struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. 狄杰霆 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 山西晋城隐者俱乐部队. 姜震岩 charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 姜震岩 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to 山东威海犀牛队 getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. 姜震岩 hit a great ball. 狄杰霆 came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by 山西晋城隐者俱乐部队's 马响渊. But to his dismay, 马响渊 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 张帆震's late challenge caught a 山东威海犀牛队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 张帆震 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute, 张帆震 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, 曹树云 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of 狄杰霆. The goal made the score 3-1. 狄杰霆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 马响渊 in the 36th minute of the match. When 崔傲城 fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 山西晋城隐者俱乐部队's protests and gave 崔傲城 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th match minute, 山西晋城隐者俱乐部队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 崔傲城 to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, 山东威海犀牛队's goal looked a bit too open when 马响渊 came free, but 狄杰霆 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 马响渊 to make the kick off. A very good chance. In the 70th minute 马响渊 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 狄杰霆 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 马响渊 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. 狄杰霆 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 苏宁远 during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 played minutes 山东威海犀牛队 got a freekick which was hit by 苏宁远. When 曹树云 came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the 山西晋城隐者俱乐部队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 曹树云 couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 曹树云 in the 86th minute of play forced 山东威海犀牛队's goalkeeper 狄杰霆 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. 山西晋城隐者俱乐部队 had played much better football throughout.
