After 11 played minutes, 有好人 先放放's 范博瑜 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 麦卫泉 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 有好人 先放放 reached it. 严坚平 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 沈正翀, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 17 played minutes 有好人 先放放 got a freekick which was hit by 孟宽政. In the 18th minute of the match 蒋镇青 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 严坚平 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 有好人 先放放's 武烽乐 got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, 武烽乐 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 麦卫泉. 香港元朗区狼蛛队's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 武烽乐 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 沈正翀 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 香港元朗区狼蛛队's 麦卫泉 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武烽乐 in the 30th minute of play. If 陆响克 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd match minute, 香港元朗区狼蛛队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 武德坚 to maneuver through the defense. 武德坚's late challenge caught a 有好人 先放放's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 武德坚 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, 武德坚 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 武烽乐 in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 麦卫泉 saved 香港元朗区狼蛛队 from getting behind. 孟宽政 kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. If 柳锋鹏 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 麦卫泉 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陆响克 in the 45th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that 武烽乐's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 麦卫泉 was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 陆响克 to strike the kick off in the second half. After 59 minutes, 蒋广益 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 有好人 先放放 and the 香港元朗区狼蛛队 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes 有好人 先放放 got a freekick which was hit by 蒋广益. 蒋镇青, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 蒋广益 hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in 有好人 先放放's zone, 柳锋鹏 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 严坚平 came out of the goal and 柳锋鹏 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When 陆响克 came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the 有好人 先放放 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 陆响克 couldn't finish the play. After having played for 74 minutes, 柳锋鹏 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 香港元朗区狼蛛队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 柳锋鹏 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, 香港元朗区狼蛛队's 顾剑奕 got a free kick in the 75th minute. 麦卫泉 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 陆响克, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 minutes of play 香港元朗区狼蛛队's 武德坚 was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 95 played minutes 香港元朗区狼蛛队 got a freekick which was hit by 武德坚. 香港元朗区狼蛛队's 麦卫泉 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 陆响克 in the 96th minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, 香港元朗区狼蛛队's goal looked a bit too open when 陆响克 came free, but 麦卫泉 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded 有好人 先放放 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 香港元朗区狼蛛队.
