To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 浙江嘉兴菜鸟军俱乐部队's 傅镇建 got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of 浙江嘉兴菜鸟军俱乐部队 booed when 蓉城FC俱乐部 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. 蔡辰鹏 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, 浙江嘉兴菜鸟军俱乐部队's 傅镇建 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 傅适阳 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If 杨晨泉 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as 蓉城FC俱乐部's 杨晨泉 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 宋沙旭. That made the score 1-1 after 41 minutes of play.

A collision led to 蓉城FC俱乐部 getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. 杨晨泉 hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, 浙江嘉兴菜鸟军俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when 杨晨泉 came free, but 宋沙旭 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 杨晨泉 in the 66th minute of play forced 浙江嘉兴菜鸟军俱乐部队's goalkeeper 宋沙旭 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 白宁霖 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 冯谦振 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. 傅适阳 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 宋沙旭 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 杨晨泉, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute.
