To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 狄鹰夕 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 巩冰政, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 鲁超延 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 潘乐雄 in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, 王森青 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 鲁超延 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 鲁超延 was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from 洪银锋. After a rather tough play, 湖北黄冈海豹队's 康伟勇 got a free kick in the 36th minute. 钱升永 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 鲁超延 came out and tried to block the shot, but 钱升永 slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 42nd minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
