After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, 程正渊 managed to get in a good position for a shot. BOOM FC's supporters rose to their feet, but 程正渊 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 贺然鸿 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When 杨建卫 fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BOOM FC's protests and gave 杨建卫 a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 秦景朋 in the 48th minute of play forced BOOM FC's goalkeeper 谢正轩 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 陆弘谦 made a kick off. 54 minutes in the game, 秦景朋 dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 贺然鸿 made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when 杨建卫 sent off a good shot on target. 杨建卫 was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 58th minute. BOOM FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 62nd minute, 黄锋帆 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 谢正轩 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 尤宽翀 in the 63rd minute of play. In the 83rd minute 陆弘谦 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 贺然鸿 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 贺然鸿 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陆弘谦 in the 85th minute of the match. In the 94th minute 秦景朋 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 谢正轩 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
