The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 方霖响 helped the player get up and apologised. When 温树竞, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 27 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The 齐杰锋 was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 29th minute, 温树竞 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 齐杰锋 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 韩沙棋 in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 齐杰锋 saved 湖北公安足球俱乐部 from getting behind. The audience was convinced that 温树竞's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 齐杰锋 was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. During the 40th minute of the match 方霖响 completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave 方霖响 a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 方霖响 hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 温树竞 was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 吕骏西 in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 齐杰锋 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, 湖北公安足球俱乐部's 贺笑军 got a free kick in the 55th minute. 齐杰锋 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 温树竞's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 吕骏西 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. 齐杰锋 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The 南通升哥胃溃疡俱乐部 fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when 南通升哥胃溃疡俱乐部's 温树竞 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of 湖北公安足球俱乐部 booed when 南通升哥胃溃疡俱乐部 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. 韩沙棋 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 温树竞 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 齐杰锋 having to interfere. 楚海枫 kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 沈梁挺 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 谢凡傲 having to interfere. There was no doubt that 南通升哥胃溃疡俱乐部 were the better team. 南通升哥胃溃疡俱乐部's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
