The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, 郑坤景 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, 蔡坚天 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 山东鲁能A队 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 郑坤景 hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When 林平杰 came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the 山东鲁能A队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 林平杰 couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, 合肥力皖FC's 李明坤 seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed 李明坤 the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 合肥力皖FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and 李明坤 had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of 合肥力皖FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of 山东鲁能A队:s goal. 任潮松 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 贺风迅, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to 山东鲁能A队 getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. 郑坤景 hit a great ball. 康榕然 acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 31st minute, took the ball on the long shot from 杜镇凡. 王天沙 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. 康榕然 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 唐源鹏 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 任潮松 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 贺风迅, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 42 played minutes 合肥力皖FC got a freekick which was hit by 许振磊. 刘星宽's late challenge caught a 山东鲁能A队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 刘星宽 helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of 山东鲁能A队 booed when 合肥力皖FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. 刘星宽 didn't get a good kick on the ball. The 合肥力皖FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 山东鲁能A队 were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 贺风迅 to make the kick off. 王天沙 took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 康榕然. 康榕然 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of 山东鲁能A队:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of 合肥力皖FC:s goal. 杜镇凡 shot the penalty kick right outside the post. With his leg 任潮松 managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when 山东鲁能A队's 林平杰 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 73rd minute 贺风迅 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 任潮松 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 王天沙 struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. 康榕然 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 合肥力皖FC. After 75 minutes of play, 合肥力皖FC's 唐源鹏 made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 康榕然 was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by 合肥力皖FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 洪浩南 was slow to take the kick. During this time 山东鲁能A队's players had a chance to rest. In the 85th minute 贺风迅 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 任潮松 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 任潮松 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 贺风迅 in the 87th minute of play. 许振磊 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, 唐源鹏 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. 康榕然 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by 贺风迅 in the 95th minute of play forced 合肥力皖FC's goalkeeper 任潮松 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 合肥力皖FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
