The referee showed 宋银烨 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, 宋银烨 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If 肖南瑜 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 肖南瑜 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 齐彬泉 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 孟国克 having to interfere. After a rather tough play, 江苏无锡水牛队's 宋银烨 got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute of the match, 肖南瑜 got a very nice opportunity to score, but 孟国克 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by 肖南瑜 in the 72nd minute of play forced 江苏无锡水牛队's goalkeeper 孟国克 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 莫平耀 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 孟升光, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute.
