The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 曾桑桑 helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, 香港屯门区黑龙队's 曾桑桑 got a free kick in the 13th minute. 18 minutes into the match, 孙浩昆 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 邓凡竞. 香港屯门区黑龙队's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 孙浩昆 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 曾桑桑 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If 龚傲轩 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, 楚骏锋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 曾寒乐 was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 孙浩昆 in the 30th minute of play forced 香港屯门区黑龙队's goalkeeper 邓凡竞 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 邓凡竞 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 孙浩昆, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 龚傲轩 in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 邓凡竞 saved 香港屯门区黑龙队 from getting behind. 龚傲轩 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. 邓凡竞 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 香港屯门区黑龙队's 邓凡竞 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 龚傲轩 in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, 陶银峰 fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 陶银峰 to make the kick off. If 孙浩昆 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 孙浩昆 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. 邓凡竞 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 广州恒大's 钱乐谦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 陶银峰 in the 59th minute of play. 香港屯门区黑龙队's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when 龚傲轩 scored to the left of an out of position 邓凡竞, making the score, 1-2. 陶银峰 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 陶银峰 in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 钱乐谦 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the match, 孙浩昆 notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of 香港屯门区黑龙队's 邓凡竞. 邓凡竞 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 83rd minute 任沙俊 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 钱乐谦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 钱乐谦 came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by 香港屯门区黑龙队's 陶银峰. But to his dismay, 陶银峰 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 曾桑桑 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 钱乐谦 having to interfere. 楚骏锋 kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, 曾桑桑 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. 广州恒大 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
