After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, 石杰飞 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 陕西安康热刺队's supporters rose to their feet, but 石杰飞 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 邓凡竞 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 石杰飞 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 邓凡竞 having to make a save. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the game, 香港屯门区黑龙队's 曾桑桑 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 姚洋帆 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55th minute, 任朋卫 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 庄阳斌 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The audience thought a goal was coming when 曾桑桑 got free with 姚洋帆 in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 曾桑桑 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but 姚洋帆 made a huge save. In the 72nd minute, 陕西安康热刺队's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 陶银峰 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 王迅烽 during the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 陶银峰 in the 88th minute of play forced 陕西安康热刺队's goalkeeper 姚洋帆 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 陶银峰 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When 曾寒乐 fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 香港屯门区黑龙队's protests and gave 曾寒乐 a yellow card for diving instead.
