After 16 minutes of play 台湾省彰化县狮面人队's 洪彬骋 was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 21st minute, 曹奕浩 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 鲁光寒 took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 麦枫克. 麦枫克 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 卓强益 hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the game, 卓强益 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 湖南永州隐士队's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 台湾省彰化县狮面人队 the free kick. After 34 played minutes 湖南永州隐士队 got a freekick which was hit by 卓强益. After 38 played minutes 湖南永州隐士队 got a freekick which was hit by 高夕磊. 麦枫克 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 鲁光寒 in the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 曹奕浩 in the 42nd minute of play forced 台湾省彰化县狮面人队's goalkeeper 麦枫克 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, 台湾省彰化县狮面人队's goal looked a bit too open when 鲁光寒 came free, but 麦枫克 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 范誉林 made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when 乔烽扬 sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when 曹奕浩 made the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the game, 曹奕浩 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. 麦枫克 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 范誉林 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 乔烽扬 in the 64th minute of play. 卓强益 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 麦枫克 having to interfere. When 杜明树 fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 台湾省彰化县狮面人队's protests and gave 杜明树 a yellow card for diving instead. It was beautiful to see 湖南永州隐士队's 卓强益 in action when he in the 81st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After a defensive mix-up in 台湾省彰化县狮面人队's zone, 高夕磊 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 麦枫克 came out of the goal and 高夕磊 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 曹奕浩 might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 麦枫克. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 曹奕浩 ran back to his position shaking his head. 王城坤's late challenge caught a 湖南永州隐士队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 王城坤 helped the player get up and apologised. 麦枫克 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 鲁光寒 in the 91st minute. 湖南永州隐士队 played a much better game than 台湾省彰化县狮面人队 and deserved their victory. The 台湾省彰化县狮面人队 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
