But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 吴轩远 couldn't finish the play. 辽宁朝阳土狼队's 曾文益 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save 辽宁朝阳土狼队 from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the match, 辽宁朝阳土狼队's goal looked a bit too open when 蔡延银 came free, but 曾文益 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, 蒋邦朋 fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 13 played minutes 辽宁朝阳土狼队 got a freekick which was hit by 邱昆默. With a little luck, 辽宁朝阳土狼队's 曾文益 got control of the ball when 蒋邦朋 tried to sneak it across the goal line. 范宽旭 charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 范宽旭 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, 江苏FC队's 范宽旭 got a free kick in the 16th minute. 24 minutes into the game, 邵浩宽 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 辽宁朝阳土狼队's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 江苏FC队 the free kick. In the 25th minute, 邵浩宽 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in 辽宁朝阳土狼队's zone, 蒋邦朋 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 曾文益 came out of the goal and 蒋邦朋 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, 江苏FC队's 蔡延银 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 曾文益 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 35 played minutes 江苏FC队 got a freekick which was hit by 吴轩远. 曾文益 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 蒋邦朋 in the 37th minute. The audience was convinced that 蔡延银's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 曾文益 was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 江苏FC队's 曲翀霖 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 程辉卫 in the 45th minute of play. 蒋邦朋's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 曾文益 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 蔡延银 was the one to do the kick off. When 蔡延银 came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the 江苏FC队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 蔡延银 couldn't finish the play. 蔡延银 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. 曾文益 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 minutes, 武明鸿 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 江苏FC队 and the 辽宁朝阳土狼队 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in 江苏FC队 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! 蒋邦朋 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. 曾文益 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 曾文益 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 蔡延银, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 77 minutes of play, 江苏FC队's 蒋邦朋 made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 曾文益 was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind 辽宁朝阳土狼队's goalkeeper 曾文益, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the 江苏FC队 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
