Thanks to some nice moves 钱政棋 could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which 张康云 however easily saved by the left post. A hard shot by 武沙希 from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got 张康云's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 45th minute, 龙杰磊 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 广州湾俱乐部队 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

张康云 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 林弘希 in the 57th minute of play. 张康云 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 赵勇战, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, 朱宇森 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 龙杰磊 in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 王潮银 saved 天津河西区掘金队 from getting behind. After a rather tough play, 天津河西区掘金队's 尤夕常 got a free kick in the 75th minute. 龙杰磊s short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got 王潮银 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 唐伟宁 hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 王潮银 acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from 杨弘延. 钱政棋 charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 钱政棋 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If 龙杰磊 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 96 minutes, 龙杰磊 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 广州湾俱乐部队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 龙杰磊 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over 广州湾俱乐部队 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than 天津河西区掘金队 throughout the match.
