An unexpectedly hard shot by 苏宽奕 in the 28th minute of play forced 香港黄大仙区虎鲨队's goalkeeper 宋建桦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 胡浩骏 hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in 天津和平区魔术队's zone, 任谦骋 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 邓飞邦 came out of the goal and 任谦骋 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 苏宽奕 hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as 叶文镇 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 邓飞邦. That made the score 1-0 in the 37 minute of play. When 史烽傲 fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 天津和平区魔术队's protests and gave 史烽傲 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, 史烽傲 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
任谦骋's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 邓飞邦 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. If 任谦骋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
