In the 6th minute 齐文宇 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 麦凌国 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, 江苏扬州贤者队's 曲斐益 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 程西南. 程西南 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 江苏扬州贤者队's 林桦傲 suffered a concussion in the 11th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When 王永远 fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 江苏宿迁奇才代表队's protests and gave 王永远 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, one of 江苏宿迁奇才代表队:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 江苏宿迁奇才代表队. When the match had been going on for 13 minutes, 江苏扬州贤者队's 崔建景 got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of 程西南. After having played for 17 minutes, 曲斐益 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 江苏扬州贤者队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 曲斐益 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 minutes of play, 江苏扬州贤者队's 武强威 made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 程西南 was left in no man's land by his defense there! 麦凌国 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 康松思 in the 26th minute of play. 江苏扬州贤者队's 麦凌国 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 康松思 in the 28th minute of play. 康松思 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 麦凌国 having to make a save. 康松思 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 麦凌国 having to interfere. 麦凌国 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 康松思, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If 齐文宇 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, 齐文宇 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 江苏宿迁奇才代表队's supporters rose to their feet, but 齐文宇 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 麦凌国 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

康松思 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 康松思 in the 58th minute of play forced 江苏扬州贤者队's goalkeeper 麦凌国 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When 康松思 came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the 江苏宿迁奇才代表队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 康松思 couldn't finish the play. If 齐文宇 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 陈俊誉 hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 65 minutes in the game, 康松思 fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without 麦凌国 having to interfere. 江苏宿迁奇才代表队 were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after 江苏扬州贤者队's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 巩弘誉 took the corner. A collision led to 江苏扬州贤者队 getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. 陈俊誉 hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, 江苏宿迁奇才代表队's 巩弘誉 tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 麦凌国 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 齐文宇 in the 77th minute. 程西南 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 曲斐益 in the 81st minute of play. If 康松思 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 齐文宇 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, 江苏扬州贤者队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 陈俊誉 to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in 江苏扬州贤者队's zone, 康松思 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 麦凌国 came out of the goal and 康松思 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The 江苏扬州贤者队 players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
