When 李皓辉 came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the xdd七月 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 李皓辉 couldn't finish the play. 何克钢 took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 陶鸿悦. xdd七月's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If 何奕坤 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 汪卫鹰 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 陶鸿悦 having to interfere. 汪卫鹰s short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got 陶鸿悦 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The nice shot from 汪卫鹰 in the 31stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but 陶鸿悦 had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 陶鸿悦 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 何奕坤 in the 32nd minute of the match. 陶鸿悦 was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and 何奕坤 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 何奕坤 really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 李皓辉 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 陶鸿悦 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 于青崇, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 何德霆 scored 3-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 陶鸿悦, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. That made the score 5-2 in the 76 minute of play. 陶鸿悦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 何奕坤, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 汪卫鹰 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 陶鸿悦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 汪卫鹰 in the 83rd minute of play. The referee gave 台湾省台北金刚队 a penalty, 86 minutes into the game. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the 台湾省台北金刚队 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
