In the 20th minute, 肖翀朋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 齐朗霆, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 刘升鹰 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but 赵国战 made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 尤轩洲 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to 香港离岛区摩羯联队 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. 刘晨荣 hit a great ball. 方瑜荣 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 赵国战 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 尤轩洲, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, 肖翀朋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 刘升鹰 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. 赵国战 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If 周笑迅 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 刘升鹰 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, 台湾省高雄马林鱼队's goalkeeper 鲁渊源 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 周笑迅. 肖翀朋 charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 肖翀朋 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st match minute, 台湾省高雄马林鱼队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 肖翀朋 to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by 齐朗霆 in the 92nd minute really tested 鲁渊源's skills.
