The ball went over the crossbar instead. 山东临沂战车队's 朱桦奕 got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 河南新乡雄鹿队's 何源棋 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 许兴轩 in the 20th minute of play. In the 26th minute, 河南新乡雄鹿队's 庄烽寒 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When 曾明庭 came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the 山东临沂战车队 fans jumped to their feet. When 许兴轩 came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the 山东临沂战车队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 许兴轩 couldn't finish the play. 何源棋 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 朱桦奕 in the 48th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
