When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 武崇弘 made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, 山西阳泉巨鳄队's 袁晨俊 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 冯冰威 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in 山西阳泉巨鳄队's zone, 武崇弘 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 郭弘扬 came out of the goal and 武崇弘 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, 山西阳泉巨鳄队's 陈广森 got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After having played for 86 minutes, 袁晨俊 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 山西阳泉巨鳄队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 袁晨俊 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If 高云谦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 冯冰威 came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by 山西阳泉巨鳄队's 袁晨俊. But to his dismay, 袁晨俊 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. There was no doubt that 山西阳泉巨鳄队 were the better team. 山西阳泉巨鳄队's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
