When 周梁适 came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the 云南曲靖稻草人联队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 周梁适 couldn't finish the play. 沈悦帆 made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when 石乐宇 sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 方耀沙 made a kick off. 孔昂浩 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 郑烽耀 having to interfere. 吉林通化猎鹰联队's 郑烽耀 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save 吉林通化猎鹰联队 from getting a goal against them. 孔昂浩 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. 郑烽耀 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Despite being the better team, 吉林通化猎鹰联队 failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
