The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 梅星常 to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg 麦钢旭 managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when 广东增城剑客队's 莫骏飞 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 62 minutes, 梅星常 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 广东增城剑客队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 梅星常 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th minute 陆烽弘 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 黄康鹏 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, 广东增城剑客队's 李震傲 got a free kick in the 66th minute. 毛海德 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 黄康鹏 having to interfere. 梅星常 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. 麦钢旭 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
