The referee ordered 麦渊默 off the ground. 麦渊默 kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in 湖北襄樊海豹联队's zone, 方正朋 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 董义松 came out of the goal and 方正朋 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

董义松 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 方正朋, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After having played for 63 minutes, 史夕文 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 湖北襄樊海豹联队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 史夕文 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, 台湾省新竹拓荒者俱乐部队's goalkeeper 于天鹏 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 崔辰榕.
