After a rather tough play, 甘肃张掖森林狼队's 雷鸿骏 got a free kick in the 7th minute. If 宋兴克 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 西藏昌都海客代表队's 周飞云 got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 周飞云 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by 宋兴克 in the 16th minute of play forced 甘肃张掖森林狼队's goalkeeper 杨适雄 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If 宋兴克 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 杨适雄 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 周飞云 in the 19th minute of play. 杜默勇 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, 西藏昌都海客代表队's goal looked a bit too open when 杜默勇 came free, but 鲁宁鹰 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 宋兴克 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. 杨适雄 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If 周飞云 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute 周飞云 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 杨适雄 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 杨适雄 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 周飞云 in the 41st minute of play. When 周飞云 came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the 西藏昌都海客代表队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 周飞云 couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 周飞云 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 鲁宁鹰 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 潘真川, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. A collision led to 西藏昌都海客代表队 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. 于默战 hit a great ball. 杨适雄 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 周飞云 in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 潘真川 in the 68th minute of play forced 西藏昌都海客代表队's goalkeeper 鲁宁鹰 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 甘肃张掖森林狼队's 杨适雄 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save 甘肃张掖森林狼队 from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 杜默勇 during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
