If 蔡云镇 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, 天津红桥区火柴俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when 温悦平 came free, but 李奕默 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, 马荣树 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 邱弘梁, 1-0. 马荣树 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. 邱弘梁 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, 广西梧 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 马岩泉 to maneuver through the defense. 白悦崇's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 邱弘梁 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of 广西梧 booed when 天津红桥区火柴俱乐部队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. 武鹰升 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 邱弘梁 made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when 白悦崇 sent off a good shot on target. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the game, 广西梧's 温悦平 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 李奕默 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 温悦平 made a kick off. 天津红桥区火柴俱乐部队's 李奕默 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save 天津红桥区火柴俱乐部队 from getting a goal against them. 广西梧's 邱弘梁 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 白悦崇 in the 54th minute of play. 李奕默 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 温悦平, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind 广西梧's goalkeeper 邱弘梁, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 李奕默 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 温悦平 in the 91st minute of play. 天津红桥区火柴俱乐部队 succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though 广西梧 had controlled the match.
