In the 42nd minute, 胡明耀 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 郑亦振 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 尹洋梁 to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, 湖南张家界双城联队's 尤轩松 got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 尤夕坚 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 尹洋梁, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, 余思斐 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, 湖南张家界双城联队's 傅岩翔 broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 尤夕坚 made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when 陈鹰竞 sent off a good shot on target. The 湖南张家界双城联队 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
