When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, 姜博川 took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for 谢常亦 to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when 莫翔林 made the kick off in the second half. 巩彬迪 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 谢常亦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 姜博川, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 林剑军 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 莫翔林, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 巩彬迪 struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. 谢常亦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 湖南湘潭亡灵代表队. 巩彬迪 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
