After 13 played minutes 福建厦门新狼骑兵联队 got a freekick which was hit by 方雄川. 程明凌 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 尤常天 in the 15th minute of the match. 程明凌 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 江耀寒 in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, 福建厦门新狼骑兵联队's 齐诚昆 got a free kick in the 35th minute. 尤常天 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, 福建厦门新狼骑兵联队's goal looked a bit too open when 尤常天 came free, but 程明凌 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The 福建厦门新狼骑兵联队 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 山东烟台雄鹰俱乐部队 were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 尤常天 made a kick off. In the 54th minute, 汪潮桦 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, 严思平 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 林远康 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by 方雄川 in the 60th minute of play forced 山东烟台雄鹰俱乐部队's goalkeeper 林远康 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in 福建厦门新狼骑兵联队's zone, 尤常天 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 程明凌 came out of the goal and 尤常天 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 林远康 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 方雄川, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, 江耀寒 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 71 minutes, 尤常天 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 山东烟台雄鹰俱乐部队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 尤常天 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 江耀寒's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 程明凌 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. If 严思平 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute 尤常天 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 程明凌 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
