After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, 杨军博 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 香港荃湾区犀鸟队's supporters rose to their feet, but 杨军博 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 雷珂锋 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 香港荃湾区犀鸟队's 康军朗 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庞景瑜 in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, 香港荃湾区犀鸟队's 张斐宁 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 雷珂锋 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to 香港荃湾区犀鸟队 getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. 尤笑南 hit a great ball. 蒋克剑 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of 康军朗 when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, 香港荃湾区犀鸟队's goalkeeper 康军朗 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 蒋克剑.

The wind increased when 杨军博 made the kick off in the second half. 康军朗 came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by 上海卢湾鬼火联队's 庞景瑜. But to his dismay, 庞景瑜 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 吴翀希 kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 杨军博's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 雷珂锋 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th match minute, 上海卢湾鬼火联队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 林光轩 to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of 香港荃湾区犀鸟队 booed when 上海卢湾鬼火联队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. 肖夕响 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves 张斐宁 could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which 雷珂锋 however easily saved by the left post. When 杨军博 came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the 香港荃湾区犀鸟队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 杨军博 couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the game, 蒋克剑 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. 康军朗 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 蒋克剑 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 康军朗 having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the 香港荃湾区犀鸟队 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 上海卢湾鬼火联队.
