A very good chance. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind 山西阳泉狼王联队's goalkeeper 李兴林, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 27th play minutes 邵树南 shot 0-1, a short shot which went by 蔡棋战 and just under the crossbar into goal. If 邵树南 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 庞延骋 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. 蔡棋战 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邵树南 in the 40th minute of play forced 天津塘沽区潜鱼俱乐部队's goalkeeper 蔡棋战 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 90th minute 邓云坤 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 李兴林 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 蔡棋战 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 庞延骋, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over 山西阳泉狼王联队 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than 天津塘沽区潜鱼俱乐部队 throughout the match.
