A long shot from 康昆昆 in the 22nd minute of play was well struck, but 程洲岩 made a really good save at the right post. 程洲岩 was a little too slow when 吕宁星 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. 蒋源光 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 俞镇宽 having to interfere. 俞镇宽 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 蒋源光 in the 39th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 吕宁星 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 四川南充热火队's 彭永挺 got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, 上海虹口侠客代表队's goal looked a bit too open when 吕宁星 came free, but 程洲岩 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 江宽云's late challenge caught a 四川南充热火队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 江宽云 helped the player get up and apologised. 江宽云 hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 上海虹口侠客代表队's 尤阳鹏 got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 彭永挺 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 尤阳鹏 scored 1-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 俞镇宽, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, 四川南充热火队's 俞镇宽 got control of the ball when 尤阳鹏 tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in 四川南充热火队's zone, 蒋源光 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 俞镇宽 came out of the goal and 蒋源光 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 尤阳鹏 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 曲正震's late challenge caught a 四川南充热火队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 尤阳鹏 ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by 蒋源光 in the 96th minute of play forced 四川南充热火队's goalkeeper 俞镇宽 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 尤阳鹏 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
