The ball went over the crossbar instead. 江西萍乡贤者代表队's 陆广骋 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 卓思卫 in the 12th minute of play. 韩政朗 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. 陆广骋 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 倪林弘 during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, 河北秦皇岛战神联队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 倪林弘 to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, 龚邦平 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 韩政朗's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 陆广骋 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, 卓思卫 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 龚邦平 made a kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, 唐宁真 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 江西萍乡贤者代表队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 唐宁真 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 韩政朗 took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 陆广骋. 陆广骋 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 71st minute, 江明洋 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 唐宁真 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 倪辰阳 having to interfere. 龚邦平 struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. 倪辰阳 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 江西萍乡贤者代表队. 韩政朗 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 卓思卫 might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 陆广骋. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 卓思卫 ran back to his position shaking his head. 河北秦皇岛战神联队's 韩政朗 got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 卓思卫 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but 陆广骋 made a huge save. In the 97th minute 龚邦平 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 倪辰阳 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
