But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 庄博夕 couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 冯森剑 in the 25th minute of play forced 台湾省嘉义稻草人代表队's goalkeeper 楚崇崇 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 楚崇崇 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 潘亦志, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 姚珂峰 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 余兴义 having to interfere. If 庄博夕 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 冯森剑 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. 楚崇崇 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If 冯森剑 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

陕西延安特洛伊俱乐部队's 余兴义 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 龚树军 in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, 陕西延安特洛伊俱乐部队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 潘亦志 to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, 姚珂峰 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 余兴义 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 68 played minutes 陕西延安特洛伊俱乐部队 got a freekick which was hit by 潘亦志. If 龚树军 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. But to his dismay, 姚珂峰 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 楚崇崇 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 庄博夕 in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in 台湾省嘉义稻草人代表队's zone, 冯森剑 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 楚崇崇 came out of the goal and 冯森剑 tried to chip the ball over his head.
