After 18 minutes of play, 甘肃兰州公民联队's 雷政夕 made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 潘超岩 was left in no man's land by his defense there! If 狄诚邦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute.
