A very good chance. If 曹常锋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind 湖北武汉探索者俱乐部队's goalkeeper 康希凡, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th match minute, 湖北武汉探索者俱乐部队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 马寒城 to maneuver through the defense. 康希凡 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 庄海渊's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 康希凡 came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by 上海青浦半兽队's 曹常锋. But to his dismay, 曹常锋 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 46th minute 曹常锋 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 康希凡 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 宋超彬 to strike the kick off in the second half. When 庄海渊 came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the 上海青浦半兽队 fans jumped to their feet.
