After 15 played minutes 云南昭通猎户联队 got a freekick which was hit by 曾西西. 云南昭通猎户联队's 麦崇珂 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 史军平 in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 雷竞振 in the 21st minute of play forced 云南昭通猎户联队's goalkeeper 麦崇珂 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of 台湾省苗栗县猎豹俱乐部队 booed when 云南昭通猎户联队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. 顾凡志 didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 史军平 to strike the kick off in the second half. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 云南昭通猎户联队 fans cheered their team off the field, for while 台湾省苗栗县猎豹俱乐部队 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
