None of the them looked very eager to play. 蒋岚磊 started the match with the kick off. 山西朔州勇士联队's 姜潮飞 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 蒋岚磊 in the 3rd minute of play. 蒋岚磊 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute, 孔城振 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 蒋岚磊 in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 姜潮飞 saved 山西朔州勇士联队 from getting behind. 吕适政 charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 吕适政 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes 新疆阿克苏勇士代表队 got a freekick which was hit by 黄鸿平. When 黄鸿平 fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 新疆阿克苏勇士代表队's protests and gave 黄鸿平 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, 黄鸿平 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, 山西朔州勇士联队's 江冰常 broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 狄霆源 came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by 山西朔州勇士联队's 韩飞挺. But to his dismay, 韩飞挺 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 38th minute, 蒋岚磊 made a precise shot to the right of 姜潮飞. 山西朔州勇士联队's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, 汪城梁 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 新疆阿克苏勇士代表队's supporters rose to their feet, but 汪城梁 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 姜潮飞 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When 齐默扬 fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 山西朔州勇士联队's protests and gave 齐默扬 a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes 山西朔州勇士联队 got a freekick which was hit by 齐默扬. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

汪城梁 might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 姜潮飞. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 汪城梁 ran back to his position shaking his head. 韩飞挺 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If 韩飞挺 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 姜潮飞 made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when 汪城梁 sent off a good shot on target. 汪城梁 in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 姜潮飞, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
