In the 15th minute, 许霆政 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When 曾寒银 fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 江苏泰州鸟人俱乐部队's protests and gave 曾寒银 a yellow card for diving instead. 洪宽渊 charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 洪宽渊 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 洪宽渊 hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If 吕霆志 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 25 minutes, 俞平珂 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 布尔人代表队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 俞平珂 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 柳邦雄 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 许霆政, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 柳邦雄 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 吕霆志 in the 35th minute of the match. 俞平珂 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. 柳邦雄 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 马星轩 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 42nd minute 马星轩 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 柳邦雄 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
