The ball went over the crossbar instead. 杜潮斌 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 孟昂国 having to interfere. 赵远枫 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 蒋珂渊 in the 22nd minute. 沂蒙红军's 赵远枫 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save 沂蒙红军 from getting a goal against them. 龚光朋 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. 孟昂国 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, 沂蒙红军's 赵远枫 got control of the ball when 蒋珂渊 tried to sneak it across the goal line. 沂蒙红军's 杜潮斌 got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 39 minutes, 杜潮斌 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 沂蒙红军's supporters crossed their fingers, but 杜潮斌 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 余斌 kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half 沂蒙红军 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 杜潮斌 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, 沂蒙红军 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 曹阳城 to maneuver through the defense. 蒋珂渊 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 赵远枫 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 蒋珂渊, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 杜潮斌 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 赵远枫 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 蒋珂渊 in the 76th minute of the match. 孟昂国 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 曹阳城 in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, 俞正诚 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 赵远枫 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in 四川眉山火龙代表队's zone, 杜潮斌 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 孟昂国 came out of the goal and 杜潮斌 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 赵远枫 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 蒋珂渊, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A hard shot by 龚光朋 from long distance, 90 minutes into the match, got 孟昂国's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 92nd minute, 郝延林 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If 杜潮斌 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
