In the 17th match minute, 香港南区游骑兵联队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 汪天昂 to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 19 in the game by 于林镇 from a close distance when the talented 孟常升 managed to make a qualified save. 香港南区游骑兵联队's players were relieved. After 22 minutes, 于林镇 made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. 香港南区游骑兵联队's 孟常升 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute 俞振思 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 贺锋源 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, 香港南区游骑兵联队's goalkeeper 孟常升 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 于林镇. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 于林镇 was the one to do the kick off. 孟常升 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 于林镇 went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 孟常升 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 于林镇, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 邱翔奕's late challenge caught a 香港南区游骑兵联队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 邱翔奕 helped the player get up and apologised. 贺锋源 acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 65th minute, took the ball on the long shot from 叶建鹰. 贺锋源 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 汪天昂 in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, 于林镇 made a precise shot to the right of 孟常升. 香港南区游骑兵联队's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. 柯鹰洋 charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 于林镇 in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 孟常升 saved 香港南区游骑兵联队 from getting behind. 任寒军 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. 孟常升 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ☆冰谷☆ Star City F.C.'s 于笑斐 got a free kick in the 88th minute. If 谢俊星 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, 叶建鹰 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the ☆冰谷☆ Star City F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
