This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed 刘震博 as he didn't even see the shot coming. 乔轩斐 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. 刘震博 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in 天津大港区猎户联队's zone, 徐风翀 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 刘震博 came out of the goal and 徐风翀 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, 吴适轩 notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of 斯坦福桥麋鹿队's 龚南铮. 龚南铮 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Augeias Bouzios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute 乔轩斐 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 刘震博 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 乔轩斐 made a kick off. 天津大港区猎户联队's Leonard Franzik quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 李 世民, made in the 64th minute of the game. When 布 西 fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 斯坦福桥麋鹿队's protests and gave 布 西 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th minute, 布 西 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by 邱浩挺 in the 70th minute really tested 龚南铮's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, 白云榕 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 天津大港区猎户联队's supporters rose to their feet, but 白云榕 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 龚南铮 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute of the match, Augeias Bouzios got a very nice opportunity to score, but 龚南铮 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The throw-in from 温渊誉 in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 天津大港区猎户联队's 白云榕. 俞义翀 hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 85th match minute, 天津大港区猎户联队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Franzik to maneuver through the defense. When 乔轩斐 came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the 斯坦福桥麋鹿队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 乔轩斐 couldn't finish the play. 白云榕 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 龚南铮 having to interfere. In the 94th minute of the game 俞义翀 made a throw-in which 温渊誉 played forward. 吴适轩 kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 斯坦福桥麋鹿队 fans cheered their team off the field, for while 天津大港区猎户联队 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
